Medical Transportation Services in Greater Chicago
Whether the rider walks with a little help, uses a wheelchair, or needs to travel lying down, we have the right ride, and the same care on every one. If you’re not sure which fits, call and tell us how they get around. We’ll help you choose.
Ambulatory & Assisted Walking
For riders who can walk, with or without a cane or walker, and who do better with someone beside them. Your driver meets you at the door, offers an arm on the way to the van, and walks you into the building at the other end.
Wheelchair
Ride in your own wheelchair for the whole trip, with the chair secured before the van moves and a driver who handles the boarding and the doors.
Stretcher
For riders who can’t sit up for the drive, whether they’re leaving the hospital, moving between facilities, or going to an appointment that has to happen lying down. The transfer is gentle and nobody is rushed.
What Every Ride Includes
- Help at Both Doors.
- From inside the pickup to inside the destination, with as much help as the rider wants along the way.
- Care Matched to the Rider.
- Every patient is different. Before the ride, we ask what the rider needs and send a driver who knows.
- On-Time Pickups.
- We schedule with room to spare, so the appointment never waits on the van.
- A Clean Van.
- Ready before every pickup, for every rider.
- Live Tracking.
- A private link shows you where the van is, from pickup to drop-off.
- A Call When It Matters.
- If something changes, the family or the facility hears from us.
- A Trained Driver.
- Every driver is background checked, drug screened and certified in CPR and first aid.
