Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Chicago
Chicago’s biggest hospitals sit downtown and on the Near West Side, a long way from most front doors. First Class Mobility takes riders anywhere in the city: ambulatory, wheelchair, and stretcher rides to appointments, treatments, discharges, and dialysis, with a driver at the door on both ends.
Rides Across the City
In Chicago, the specialist, the infusion center, and the follow-up can be in three different neighborhoods. Northwestern Memorial is in Streeterville, Rush and UI Health share the Illinois Medical District on the Near West Side, UChicago Medicine is in Hyde Park, Advocate Illinois Masonic is in Lakeview, and Swedish is up in Andersonville. We plan the pickup around the Kennedy, the Eisenhower, and Lake Shore Drive at that hour, and we keep you posted the whole way.

- Standing rides on your schedule, to the clinic around the corner or the cancer center across town.
- O’Hare & Midway.
- Rides to and from O’Hare International Airport (ORD) and Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW), door to terminal, whether the rider walks or uses a wheelchair. Tell us the airline and the flight time, and we plan the pickup around it, with room for check-in and traffic. The driver walks the rider into the terminal as far as they need, and meets arriving riders inside. Riders flying in for care or heading out to family get the same help at both ends.
Close to O’Hare, Close to the City
Wood Dale sits just west of O’Hare, where the expressways into the city begin. That’s the suburb-to-city ride we’re built for: a mother in Elmhurst with an oncologist at Northwestern, or a father coming home to Arlington Heights after a week at Rush.

Do you serve every part of Chicago?
Yes, from Rogers Park to Beverly and from Austin to the lakefront, plus the suburbs in Cook, DuPage, and Lake counties.
Can you take me to Northwestern, Rush, or the University of Chicago?
Yes. Appointments, admissions, and discharges at all of the city’s major hospitals, and the driver walks you in at the other end.
Do you do O’Hare and Midway?
Both. Tell us when the flight lands or leaves, and we’ll work backward from there.
What about rush hour?
We build the pickup time around it. A trip on the Eisenhower at 8 AM can take twice as long as the same trip at 1 PM, and we plan for the 8 AM version.
Are all three services available in the city?
Yes. Ambulatory, wheelchair, and stretcher rides run anywhere in Chicago, with the same care as in the suburbs.
